babsa.ai ("we", "us", "our") turns your skills into a business plan with AI. We respect your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe—simply.

What we collect

• Name (optional)
• WhatsApp number (required to deliver your plan)
• Your inputs (skills, specialized skills, income goal, selections, text you type)
• Technical basics (device/browser, IP, action logs for security & performance)

We do not collect government IDs, precise GPS, or payment data for the free plan.

How we use your data

• Create your plan: Feed your inputs to our trained AI module
• Deliver your plan: Send it only via WhatsApp (plus OTP/essential messages)
• Improve quality: Use de-identified/aggregated analytics to make babsa.ai better
• Protect the service: Fraud/spam/abuse detection
• Legal compliance where required

What we don't do

• No selling of your personal data
• No sharing with advertisers/data brokers
• No cold marketing without your clear opt-in

WhatsApp delivery

Your number is used only to send the plan and essential service messages. WhatsApp is operated by third parties under their own terms/policies.

Data retention

• Inputs & plan: kept up to 90 days for redelivery/support, then deleted or anonymized
• Security logs: up to 180 days
